Trust
Privacy, data and complaints.
Written to be readable. If anything here is unclear, call us on 0330 041 2200 and we'll explain in person.
What we collect
When you use the valuation tool, we store the address you entered, the answers you gave, and the indicative range we showed you. If you ask us to call you back, we also store your name, phone number and email. That's it. We don't set tracking cookies. We don't sell data to third parties. We don't share it with anyone unless a court orders us to.
Why we keep it
To be able to answer your call, remember the conversation we had, and be honest with the Ombudsman if you ever complain. We keep enquiry records for six years and then delete them.
Ask us to delete your data
You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time. Send us the email address you gave us and we'll act on it within thirty days.
How to complain
Call us first on 0330 041 2200 or email complaints@hollis.example. We'll acknowledge in writing within three working days and reply in full within eight weeks.
If you're not satisfied with our reply, or if eight weeks pass without one, you can escalate to The Property Ombudsman, whose decision is binding on us. They are an independent scheme and their service is free to consumers.
Independent advice
At every stage we encourage you to take independent advice from a solicitor. Nothing on this site is a substitute for it.
