How we work
Between us we've been buying and managing residential property across England for over two decades. Every file has one named person on it from the first call to completion — you never get passed around.
Membership and redress
We are a member of the National Association of Property Buyers and are registered with The Property Ombudsman. Both hold us to a written code of conduct. If you're ever unhappy with how we've behaved, you have an independent route to complain that doesn't rely on us doing the right thing.
What we don't do
We don't quote a headline figure and then chip it after the survey. We don't run a network of sub-buyers who might change the price at the last minute. We don't advertise a completion speed that isn't typical. And we won't tell you we can match what an estate agent would achieve, because we can't — we couldn't do this if we did.
